RIDE SNOWBOARDS

I led a team to develop an expansive product collection and photo/video campaign for RIDE Snowboards and Akomplice. The collection includes technical snow gear and all-terrain apparel designed for every step of the journey, from doorstep to mountaintop. Key pieces feature a flannel-lined 5-panel hat with ear flaps, a weatherproof jacket, and the asymmetrical “Helix” snowboard, which incorporates Akomplice’s signature touches, like illustrations of magical plants on both sides. The collection also includes Slime Tongue™-enhanced boots, buffalo check flannels, t-shirts, and crew necks, as well as a varsity down jacket with matching flannel lining.

The photo campaign was shot in southern Brazil, featuring an interpretive lookbook inspired by the magical flowers on the snowboard and apparel. Set against surreal landscapes of sand dunes and water, the visuals invite the viewer into an alternative universe that defies physics.

For the video component, I traveled to Argentina with RIDE snowboarder Alex Sherman, where we were joined by Colombian filmmaker Carlos Marciales, who captured the full experience—from scaling the Andes to moments of downtime in cabins, sipping mate tea. This campaign goes beyond product, portraying our team’s spirit of adventure and connection to nature.
